Hi guys!

As you may have known, I'm from Croatia and I wanted to express why

exactly I think it might be an underrated country. Sure, we get a lot of

tourists every year and it's becoming more and more popular because

of the shows and movies that were filmed here.

But I still kinda feel it doesn't get enough attention.

The popular destinations are Bali and Positano and similar places and

I don't have a problem with people who prefer that, I just

think it sometimes goes overlooked and nobody gives it a

second thought. So, I want to share with you a few reasons why

you should consider Croatia for your vacationing spot!

1. The nature

The nature in Croatia is absolutely amazing.

The parks, the lakes, the woods. For example, Plitvice Lakes

or Velebit. there are so many beautiful things to experience

and nature to explore.

2. The sea

We have one of the most beautiful and cleanest sea.

Our beaches are clean and the water is amazing.

Just look how blue and green it is, you won't be

able to stop staring.

3. The food*

We have a ton of intresting foods and different dishes.

For example, prosciutto or kulen. For different regions, different food.

On the coast, fish and seafood is more common, but on the mainland,

greasy and heavy food such as kulen or panceta is eaten.

4. The people*

The people here are very generous and helpful. Most people

know English so they can help you with directions

or recommend a restaurant or something. We also have a more easygoing

lifestyle: we're never in a hurry, we can drink coffee or go for

a beer and stay at the cafe chatting for hours!

5. The culture*

Our country is rich in culture. The museums, the monuments,

the garbs, the old products... We invented the tie, we have Morcics,

the Licitarsko srce, the Vucedol dove, the lace...

We have so many things you can see and experience,

so many things you can buy here as a symbol of our

culture. We have such a rich history and our cities and things prove it!

So there, this is why I think anyone should take the time and

visit Croatia. It's a beautiful country full of beautiful

people with rich culture and lots to offer.

Hi guys!

I'm back with another post and this time it's 50 facts you

didn't know about me. Today is my birthday and I wanted to do something more

personal and wanted you to get to know me so here I am writing

this post. I'm very excited about this and I hope you'll enjoy it too!

1. I'm 15.

2. My favorite color is pink.

3. When I get older, I want to get a corgi and name it

Sir Lancelot (don't know why, but).

4. I live in Croatia, not in a big city, but in the country and I love it!

5. My favorite animal is a penguin. I adore them!

6. I want to have 2 kids when I grow up and I have a

huuge list of baby names.

7. My favorite book is An Appetite for Violets. So intriguing and

full of plot twists.

8. I'm 5'2" and I want to be taller.

9. I don't really have a lucky or favorite number, but if I

had to choose, it would be 13.

10. I can tolerate snakes and just a bit of spiders, but I

am so scared of crickets. They can jump really far and can

get on me in a second. And I don't like bees.

11. Don't really have favorite actors or actresses, but if I had

to choose, it would be Tom Cruise, Priyanka Chopra, Chris Hemsworth

and Chris Evans.

12. I have a few places I want to visit, but I've always dreamt of

studying abroad in Paris and Australia.

13. If I had to describe myself in 3 words, it would be

creative, funny and optimistic.

14. I have 1 sister and no brothers.

15. My favorite youtubers are Safiya Nygaard, Sienna Santer

and Mia Maples.

16. Movies I've watched recently are The Godfather, Looper and

Thor: Ragnarok.

17. I haven't watched Endgame yet. Yes, I know, I suck.

18. I want to have 3 pets when I get older: two dogs and a cat.

19. I'm a Cancer.

20. The 3 things I love are pizza, my best friends and animals.

21. I have an obsession with notebooks. I have so many and

they are all half empty.

22. My favorite songs right now are Senorita and If I Can't Have You.

23. My favorite singer is Shawn Mendes.

24. I'm kinda scared, kinda excited for high school.

25. My favorite flowers are roses and orchids.

26. I started getting into self care this year and I have

some goals I want to achieve in the new school year and

before school starts such as losing weight (working out) and

eating healthier.

27. When I get older, I want to go to college abroad.

28. I love reading and watching tv shows and movies, but sometimes

I'm too lazy to do that.

29. I absolutely LOVE makeup and I feel reborn since I bought my

first primer and setting powder a month ago.

30. I want to learn French, Spanish and Italian.

31. I used to learn Italian for 4 years, but I hardly remember anything.

32. The show I'm watching right now is S. W. A. T.

33. I don't really feel confident in my English and

don't really like speaking because I hate hearing myself

pronounce words.

34. I want to travel the world and visit as many countries

and cities as I can.

35. My ideal job is working something high paying, in a firm

and that includes lots of travel.

36. I don't really like sports and don't understand anything about

soccer or basically anything else.

37. I have small hands. Seriously, they're so tiny compared

to others'.

38. I adore dresses and skirts.

39. My type of guy is tall, funny and sweet.

40. I've never been on a date and I don't plan to for a year or two.

41. I'm really pale. Everyone in my family is tan, but I just had to

take after my grandma.

42. I don't really like going out but I still do it for my friends.

43. Even though everyone around me seems to be drinking, I don't.

Just because I get really dizzy and get headaches from a few sips.

44. I can "crack" my ring figer in a weird way. Imagine like what

people do with their hands during a zombie transformation.

45. I had 3-4 blogs before this one.

46. I opened this blog because I can be creative when I want

and can do something fun for myself without limitations.

47. My life priorities or goal timeline goes like this: COLLEGE>CAREER>

MARRIAGE>KIDS.

48. I knew since I was little I want to do something big and

be rich and (maybe) famous.

49. I consider myself a feminist.

50. I bite my nails, but I'm trying to break that habit. 3 days in!

Finally over! This took a while to make, but I love sharing facts about me and

Hi guys!

As you may have noticed, I was on vacation this weekend on the beautiful

island named Olib. My mom has some family friends there so we stayed with them,

and since there were holidays on Thursday and Tuesday, we decided to

merge the weekend and go on a little holiday.

I absolutely loved it there, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The island has around

120 people living on it and doesn't get many tourists. The only people that come

and visit are the ones that moved to America and left their family there.

There are no cars on the islands, they ride around with motorbikes and

golf carts. It was amazing because you have your own peace, everyone is so friendly

and wants to meet you, talk to you, help you. The sea was beautiful and crystal clear

(you can see that on the photos). Nature there was absolutely breathtaking: there

is no pollution, the sea is amazing and the whole island is covered in forest.

It was kind of a weekend getaway more than a vacation because it didn't last very long.

I want to come back as soon as possible, but that won't be this summer.

So, my conclusion is: if you love nature and peace, visit Olib,

the beautiful small island with friendly people and beautiful nature. And now, some more

Hi guys!

I'm back with another post! I'm a bit late this time, I was so busy and I didn't have

my laptop so I couldn't write a post. But' I'm here now and

that's all that matters.

My last post was also about self-care so I wanted to do something kinda related to it.

And here we are now, I'm sharing my self-care routine with you guys!

I personally love self-care and I believe it's very important, as for my self-care routine,

it isn't something special and it isn't very long so... I don't do this quite often,

but I sometimes get in the mood to do this or I just feel down

and need to relax and recuperate. I wanted to share this with you because

you may not even know what self-care is about or why it's important. But don't worry,

I'm here to help.

I don't think this will be a very long post since there aren't that many aspects of my

routine, but we'll see.

The first thing I do is take a walk. It doesn't have to be a long one and I don't have to

be working out. I just like taking 30 minutes of my day to go and think,

enjoy nature and spend some time alone and I think this is one of the

more important parts of any self-care routine; taking time for yourself, where you're

all alone and can just think.

Right after I come home from the walk, I take about 10 minutes

to just sit in my room, on the floor, in complete silence. I don't try to empty

my mind, I try to be creative, to think about myself, to think about new ideas.

I don't have that much free time to think about these things and honestly,

I don't even try to take a minute or two every day for thinking about

"serious stuff". But, doing this, I feel much better, I feel creative and like I'm

bettering myself. I definitely recommend this.

After some thinking, I go and do my skincare routine. I love this part because I

don't usually do a full skincare routine every single day. I do it maybe once a week

or once in two weeks. My skin feels so much better and cleaner after

I do this and I feel like I'm actually taking care of it. My skincare routine is

pretty simple, takes about 10 minutes. You can check out my other post where I

talk about my full skincare routine.

And last, but not least, I read a book. Recently, I started reading the Fallen Angels

serial and I absolutely love it. I won't give a detailed description here since there will

be a post soon about my reading list, but the books are amazing and the book just

keeps you on your toes. It's a great way to finish off the day and my routine

where I can relax and just go to sleep afterward.

Hi guys!

I’m back with another post and, as you may figured from the title,

I’ll be talking about self care and motivation. This is an important topic to me as

I’ve taken the past few weeks for self care, bettering myself and making myself

happier. I (kinda) figured out what I want and what I can start doing to make

myself feel better and look better. I made a whole list of things

I want to do on my way to a better me. I’m here to share some

of my goals and talk about the importance of self care and how to gain motivation

to achieve your goals.

So, the other day I read on Reddit about somebody who is starting a 100

days challenge. Basically, he is taking the next 100 days to improve in the

given areas and see the results. I was immediately intrigued and I thought

about doing the same thing. So I took my notebook and wrote down the areas I

wanted to improve myself in. The list is kinda long, I have to admit, and I haven’t

been exactly following the rules, but yesterday I downloaded an app and started

working out. I was so tired after, but I was proud that I was finally doing

something. I won’t be able to work out two more days this week as I will not be

home, but I’m ok with that. I understand that I am allowed to take breaks.

One of my most important goals, next to working out and eating healthier, is to

create an evening routine. And I don’t mean just a skincare routine, I mean a

routine that will give me some time to unwind in the evenings. I am so busy these days,

I’m going on a trip on Wednesday, I have oral exams and regular exams,

plus a thousand other things and tasks that are slowly approaching their deadlines.

I have quite a few assignments for tomorrow and also oral exams so I can’t do my night routine since I’m so busy and stressed. But I intend to take at least one day

this week, maybe Friday, because I desperatly need that relaxation time.

To end this post on a positive note, I think it’s important to motivate yourself

somehow, be it to write down you goals, share them with your friends and get

them to motivate you or any other way, you should find a way to achieve those

goals. I will update you regularly and give you some information on how I’m

doing. Maybe I’ve inspired you, maybe not, but in the end, it is your decision.
